Paul and Bonnie love adventure, and they love to meet the many adventurous and interesting people who call Ignacio Springs Bed and Breakfast home for as long as they want to stay. We stayed at Ignacio Springs Bed & Breakfast and fell in love instantly. When the previous owners mentioned about retirement, we were so interested in moving to Baja and taking over this little piece of Paradise. We have been here since May 2018, and could not be happier. There is so much to see and do in this Unique area. The Heart of Baja. We had a hard act to follow, Terry and Gary did such a wonderful job of making our transition almost seamless.

Bonnie has a background in the service industry, and is a Red Seal Chef and Welder. She loves to cook and visit with the guests. Paul’s background is in Truck Driving and Heavy Equipment Operating.

Both Paul and Bonnie like to ride their motorcycles. Paul enjoys to help everyone if they have any issues that need to be repaired. He has various motorcycle and vehicle parts, tools that he lends out to help when he can.

No one is a stranger when they come to Ignacio Springs, they are all just friends that we have not met yet.

Wanting the property to be a unique experience, the original owners Terry and Gary chose Mongolian-style yurts for their accommodation because they fit perfectly into the natural openings within and amongst the palm grove without having to remove any live trees. The palms on the property have existed for 300 years, the couple thought it an eco-crime to even contemplate removing them.

Ignacio Springs has been created to complement the environment, it seems almost a part of the natural beauty of it’s location.

A literal oasis for those who enjoy nature and tranquility.

Once you stay, you’ll soon learn that there’s so much more to Terry and Gary than being convivial and generous hosts. The couple also have vast experience of guided excursions and are expanding their business into taking clients on completely outfitted guided tours to experience the many unique adventures within easy reach of the property.
